I stayed in the King Medieval Suite at this hotel. The location was great, right at the Burg square of Brugge, perfect for exploring the center of Brugge. However, the room was at the back of the hotel, so no views, and it was quite noisy at night due to nearby clubs and early morning waste collections. The room was too warm, affecting my overall comfort.
The hotel had a comfortable room that was slightly noisy due to its proximity to the swimming pool, but the refurbishment made it excellent. The cleanliness and tidiness were top-notch. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was a small issue with a lounge mix-up. The central location was great, close to all main attractions, but the bar area might need a rethink. The dining experience offered a delicious spread of options with a warning on prompt timings. Overall, a good place with minor room for improvement.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bruges, ideal for exploring the old town on foot. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable; however, the view could be better due to a nearby roof verge. The service from all staff members, including restaurant, bar, and housekeeping, was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Dining offered a fantastic selection of food, although some found it a bit pricey for the options available.

The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms were a bit worn compared to the advertising photos, but the lovely walk-in shower and nice view of the square made up for it. The musical event outside the hotel was entertaining, though it lasted late into the night. The food at Plaza Café was on the pricey side but very good; overall, I would happily stay at the hotel again.
